WORLD OPERA DAY IS OCTOBER 25

Stream Borys Lyatoshynsky’s “Golden Crown”

On October 25, we mark World Opera Day with an online performance of the Ukrainian opera Golden Crown. This international collaboration, presented in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, features San Francisco Opera Adler Fellow Stefan Egerstrom and pianist Kseniia Polstiankina Barrad, as well as performers from Finnish National Opera, Lviv National Opera, Royal College of Music, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, and Polish National Opera, and narrations by Ukrainian artists attending the Shenandoah Conservatory.
