Performing Arts Connection: Spring Break for Teens

A week-long program in which middle schoolers explore their creativity through music, poetry, dance, theater and digital media storytelling.

Fill your spring break with music, poetry, dance, theater and digital media storytelling! Discover and explore new art forms, hone current skills and inspire fresh creativity with diverse teen communities from all over the Bay Area.

Middle schoolers work with local artists and specialists from San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, A.C.T., Youth Speaks and Citizen Film in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco Don Fisher Clubhouse to craft original works and produce a showcase for their families and the community. Who It's For

Teens ages 11–14  currently enrolled in middle school. Students of all backgrounds and abilities welcome, no prior experience necessary.

PAC 2016 Highlights

The 2017 program was a collaboration between San Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, A.C.T., Youth Speaks and Citizen Film in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco Don Fisher Clubhouse. The Don Fisher Clubhouse provides free lunch daily as well as low cost programming for students of all ages, ideal for younger siblings.
