You’ll hear lively stories and insightful interviews—a window into the complex inner workings of this vibrant company, and the many aspects necessary to make a rich, multi-faceted art form come to life.

North Stage Door will showcase how a team adapts to a pandemic and finds a creative path forward; the pilot episode, slated to debut in the spring, will have a special focus on The Barber of Sevillea masterpiece hiding in plain sight!in conjunction with SFO’s special drive-in performances in April. Luminaries of the field, including opera stars, composers, directors, writers, craftspeople, and musicians from the pit to the stage, will be showcased in this series, featuring company insiders as your guides.
