This spring, San Francisco Opera Guild and Neiman Marcus are joining forces to welcome renowned designer Monique Lhuillier to the city to present her Fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection in an exclusive runway show on Thursday, April 10th at Neiman Marcus San Francisco.

This elegant afternoon will begin at 12pm with a formal Monique Lhuillier runway show at Neiman Marcus San Francisco’s 3rd floor Gown Room, beautifully designed by renowned event stylist J. Riccardo Benavides. After the show, guests will enjoy champagne, light bites from McCalls Catering & Events, and wines from Castellucci Napa Valley and Scharffenberger Cellars, all while browsing an exclusive trunk show of Monique Lhuillier’s latest collection. Monique Lhuillier herself may even help you find the perfect gown!

Monique Lhuillier is internationally recognized as one of America's leading designers, known for blending femininity, allure, and modern sophistication in her luxurious yet playful collections. Her Fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection draws inspiration from New York's architectural icons, combining glamour and Art Deco elegance, with features like shimmering metallics, metallic brocades, sculpted velvet, feather motifs, directional embroideries and engineered florals. Monique’s designs have earned a loyal following, including celebrities like Emma Stone, Blake Lively, Gwyneth Paltrow, Taylor Swift, Reese Witherspoon, Jessica Alba, and Michelle Obama, among others.

Benefactor and Grand Benefactor level patrons will receive an invitation to an intimate champagne reception with Monique Lhuillier on the morning of the Fashion Show at Neiman Marcus. Additionally, Grand Benefactor level patrons will be invited to an exclusive cocktail reception with Monique Lhuillier at Villa Taverna the evening prior to the Fashion Show. Grand Benefactor level patrons will also receive the exclusive opportunity for a private fitting appointment with Monique Lhuillier during the trunk show on April 10th — a truly special and rare opportunity. Every year over 60,000 Northern California students engage with San Francisco Opera Guild’s award-winning music education programs. Your generous support of this event enables these vital programs to thrive in schools and communities. At the heart of our community programming is our young artists program, Opera Scouts, where students aged 12-18 discover their voices, connect with others in their passion for music, and grow as students and citizens while training with industry professionals. This year’s fund-a-need will support scholarships for the Opera Scouts' 2026 international tour to Spain where students will explore opera’s rich history in Madrid, Seville, and Valencia, see live performances, sing, and build connections with students abroad. These once-in-a-lifetime trips broaden students’ horizons, and teach them invaluable life skills while immersing them in the international arts community—an experience they may never have again.
