The bars represent prison; the skulls represent the men who have died in prison. Some of the laws are unjust and are over-punishment. The owl represents freedom, he can get up and go anytime. The frame pattern is Aztec images- things of the past. Their artwork was done by true artists and believers. One snake always represents evening. It’s my culture.
