I use the ‘eye of Providence’ to strike a balance between man’s law and God’s law. I use the central figure as an independent woman inviting all to the balance between the two. Currently, because of the pollution of the earth, there’s an imbalance of the practice of man’s law and God’s law. This painting is a reminder to strike a balance between the two, because if we fail to do so, it’s our own destruction.
To be of any race is a God-given right and racism is a destruction of the balance.
