CLUB is invited to a range of events and activities to help members gain a better understanding of the world of opera, meet and greet with other members and gain access to up-close-and-personal experiences with resident artists, young opera stars and more! Members are also encouraged to take advantage of events open to the entire opera community, often accompanied by discounts.   • Drinks & Drama: A Taste of the Season

    On Friday, October 20, join us for a unique opportunity to sample cocktail flights inspired by our fall season. Presented by San Francisco Opera Education, this immersive experience will include performances by Adler Fellows Sarah Cambidge, Toni Marie Palmertree and Amitai Pati, accompanied by pianist Jennifer Szeto.

  • Overture Workshop: The Director's Vision

    Who brings all the elements together into one cohesive performance? The director! On Monday, October 23, San Francisco Opera stage director Jose Maria Condemi will discuss how directors work with the conductor, the performers and the production team in an opera.

    BRAVO! Book Club: The Shirley Letters

    BRAVO! CLUB Book Club is back!  In anticipation for the upcoming world premiere of Girls of the Golden West, BRAVO! Club members are invited to join our discussion on Monday, November 6 about The Shirley Letters—a series of letters written between 1851 and 1852. These letters depict life in the California gold rush and serve as the main inspiration for this exciting new work. In the spirit of exploration and adventure, we will be hosting this event in Oakland! RSVP required.
