Kayleen Asbo

Kayleen Asbo, Ph.D is a musician, cultural historian and mythologist who is on the faculty of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes of UC Berkeley, Dominican University and Sonoma State University. Educated at Smith College, Mills College, the Pacifica Graduate Institute and the University of California, she holds three separate master's degrees, including one in music from the San Francisco Conservatory where she was mentored by music historian Dr. Robert Greenberg. Dr. Asbo is also the artistic director for the Mythica Foundation for the Arts and lectures on the intersection of art, music, philosophy, literature and psychology for organizations as diverse as Christ Church Episcopal Cathedral in Houston, the Assisi Institute of Depth Psychology in Italy and Proctor and Gamble in Cincinnati.
