Merola's Distinguished Alumni Award
The Merola Distinguished Alumni Award was established to recognize former Merola participants who have made extraordinary contributions to the world of opera.

Become a Merola Artist
The port of entry to all training programs including the Merola Opera Program and Adler Fellowships is through the National Auditions. Auditions for the 2007 Program take place in the fall of 2006 and all deadlines have passed. Please contact us with any questions regarding our National Auditions, (415)565-3277.

Career Grants Available for Merola Alumni 
If you participated in Merola within the last five years, you may be eligible for a Merola Career Grant. Grants may be designated for a specific use, such as voice lessons, language study, special coaching, audition and/or competition tour, the learning of a particular role, etc. Artists must complete an application and include a proposed budget before being considered. The application must indicate the specific need for which the artist is requesting funds. Applications must be received quarterly, by the following deadlines: December 15, March 15, June 15 and September 15.
