La Bohème for Families

The perfect opera for families and new operagoers of all ages, La Bohème for Families is a specially priced matinee of this exciting production sung in Italian with English supertitles. A much beloved opera, Bohème is a fusion of high-spirited fun and poignant tragedy about starving artists falling in and out of love in 19th-century Paris. Recommended for children age 7 and older.

San Francisco Opera's Education Department will offer Family Workshops preceding each performance of La Bohème for Families.

Childrens ticket prices range from $15 – $50.
Adult ticket prices range from $30 – $100.

Sung in Italian with English supertitles.

Approximate running time: 2 hours including one intermission
