Marco Stefani

Making his San Francisco Opera debut this summer, tenor Marco Stefani is a winner of the Sullivan Foundation award and career grant in New York City. He was recently a member of Palm Beach Opera's young artist program and made his debut with Townsend Opera as Don Ramiro in La Cenerentola. Last year, he made debuts with Stockton Opera (Rinuccio, Gianni Schicchi), Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, and gave his first solo recital to a sold out audience at the Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton. Marco holds a master’s degree from Indiana University, completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Pacific, and is a three time alumnus of the Music Academy of the West.
