Join us for an exciting presentation with Dr.Kip Cranna, San Francisco Opera’s Director of Music Administration.  Dr. Cranna will interview composer and librettist Mark Adamo about the creation of his new opera, The Gospel of Mary Magdalene, which will receive its world premiere in June. 
You may engage Mr. Adamo in conversation and ask questions.

As a special treat, baritone Austin Kness, a former Adler Fellow, accompanied by Matthew Piatt, will sing arias from Mary Magdalene and other selections.
 
Light refreshments will be served.
 
This event is open to all.
 
Ticket price:  $30 ($20 for Rossmoor Opera and Ballet Club members)
Advance reservation requested.
Proceeds benefit the San Francisco Opera Guild’s in-school opera programs, and the Merola Opera and Adler Fellowship Programs for young singers.
