San Francisco Opera Guild Hosts Holiday Dinner on the Opera House Stage, December 2
San Francisco Opera Guild hosts a special Holiday Dinner on the War Memorial Opera House stage in honor of long-time supporter and San Francisco Chief of Protocol Charlotte Mailliard Shultz. The black tie event, on Monday, December 2, 2013, also marks the kick-off of San Francisco Opera Guild’s 75th Anniversary celebrations. Co-chairs of the Holiday Dinner are Ena Chan Cratsenburg and Sandra Farris; Chair of the 75th Anniversary of San Francisco Opera Guild is Katie Jarman.
Special Event Honoring Charlotte Mailliard Shultz and Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of San Francisco Opera Guild
This singular evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the lobby of the War Memorial Opera House, followed by dinner for 210 people on the Opera House stage at 7 p.m. The evening concludes with the rare opportunity to dance on the stage of the Opera House to the music of the Dick Bright Orchestra.
San Francisco Opera Guild President Karen Kubin commented: “This one-of-a-kind event will usher in the Guild’s 75th anniversary of giving voice to potential. We are thrilled to be honoring our long-time Director Charlotte Mailliard Shultz and celebrating this special occasion with her.”
