Contemporary Dance / Pointe for Ladies

12 Regular Dancers - 5 men & 5 women ( + 1/1 covers):
- including  1/1 solo step-up for Adam & Eve character work
- for 8 contract weeks & 1 performance pro-rata

Resident Corps:
San Francisco Opera maintains a Resident Corps to fill tenure positions
as they become available.
This is an important element to the process of selecting dancers during
all Dance Corps auditions.

THE AUDITIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AS FOLLOWS:

10:30 - 11:45am - A.G.M.A. MEN & WOMEN*
12:00 - 1:15pm - NON- A.G.M.A. MEN & WOMEN
1:30 - 3:00pm - CALLBACKS
at
SAN FRANCISCO OPERA
301 Van Ness Avenue
6th Floor Dance Studio
(Sign-in at the North Stage Door)
                                                                                                                                                               
* NOTE: Only those who can present a valid AGMA membership ID or
written authorization from AGMA verifying that he/she is a member in
good standing will be allowed to take the AGMA audition.

The 6th Floor Dance Studio will be available at 10:00 AM
for individual warm-up.
The DANCE audition will include barre & centre;

and POINTE work for women during final 15 minutes of each segment.

CALLBACKS
will be from combinations done earlier in the first two rounds.

FURTHER CONTRACT DETAILS WILL BE POSTED AT THE AUDITIONS.

ALL AUDITIONEES SHOULD BRING A CURRENT RÉSUMÉ & PHOTOGRAPH TO THE AUDITIONS.
